Born July 24th, 1979 in Sydney, Australia, Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Rose Byrne landed her first movie role at the young age of twelve. She graduated from the Australian Theatre for Young People and starred in numerous Australian soap operas before breaking in to the Hollywood scene in 2002 with Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones. She has gone on to star in many movies including Troy, Knowing, and Wicker Park. Rose is known for her roles in Bridesmaids and X-Men: First Class. Currently, she is starring as Ellen Parsons in the television drama Damages for which she has been nominated for an Emmy, as well as a Golden Globe.
